(Our Fix)Cupping means moisture is getting in from below or above. We find the source, dry the floor to a stable reading, then sand and refinish to flatten the boards. If the subfloor is the issue, we fix that first so it does not come back next summer.

Squeaky floors and gaps at the seams

(Our Fix)Squeaks come from loose boards rubbing against nails or subfloor. We locate them, drive new flooring nails or screws, and fill gaps with color-matched wood filler. Most squeak repairs finish in a couple of hours.

Fading, graying, and worn finish

(Our Fix)Sun exposure and foot traffic wear through polyurethane in 8 to 12 years. A full refinish brings the color back and adds a fresh protective coat. We can also change the stain color while we are at it.
